Where are you from?
We went to a similar Christian church in Toronto, Canada. Our professional lives brought us to London for a few years to work.

What impressed you most when you first attended?
Everyone was very friendly.

Why did you decide to return and make this church your spiritual home?
Bermondsey Gospel Hall practices according to the pattern of the church laid out in the New Testament. We were made to feel very welcome and it is also close to where we live.

How does this church contribute to your Christian life and appreciation of Jesus Christ?
We enjoy worshiping with other Christians and remembering the death and resurrection of the Lord Jesus Christ on Sunday morning. On Tuesday nights we study the Bible to learn what God has to say to us. Our family learns more about God at the children’s meetings on Friday nights.

What would you miss the most if you had to leave this church?
We would miss the genuine, from-the-heart prayers of worship on Sunday mornings. We also appreciate being able to challenge our practices as a church and adjust them as we see fit according to the Bible.

Why would you want someone to come along to this church?
This is a church to enjoy friendship with other Christians and to grow in (or start!) your relationship with God.
